Please...Please... Before you consider surgery... Please do this! My fiance was looking at another shoulder surgery.. something I considered risky because of his heart surgery and Traumatic Brain Injury... plus the down time and pain.. ... He's very active, rides horses.. lifts heavy saddles..heavy hay... He was told he may need a few treatments, and still I was able to talk him into it.. He has had ONE treatment.. and he said he is about 99% better.. no pain... when his pain WAS anywhere from a 9 to a 12 every day. I had stem cells in my knees by Dr Darrow some years ago and my Knees are still good. I walk well, I have even been hiking in the Alps. Before the treatment I had a stair lift at home (no stairlift now !) and walking was very difficult. I am immensely grateful , Dr Darrow is very knowledgable, professional, kind and caring  and so is his staff. Just finished my second series of injections. What a difference. They added exosomes to the stem cells, which seems to have taken healing to another level. My lumbar problem has been with me for over a year. I can't walk more than 5-10 minutes before having to sit down. After my recent procedure, the pain is almost completely gone. It's a miracle! Excellent experience with Dr. Grove and his entire staff for PRP and stem cell treatment. All of my needs were met, and the care was thorough and professional. Dr. Grove is very personable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front office staff was wonderful and welcoming and the RN assisting Dr. Grove was great as well. Drs. Darrow and Grove and their office staff are wonderful. They both took the time to really explain things, listened to my concerns, made me and my mother both feel comfortable, and worked with us on the financial side of it. They are extremely knowledgeable in this field and truly believe in their process, which makes it easier to believe in it yourself and in their skill. I am about two weeks out from my initial injections into my hip, lower back, and knee. I do not have any relief from pain yet, but I did not expect to this early. I will do a follow-up review on how I'm feeling in a month. But whether stem cells work for me or not, I would still recommend them!

Dr Darrow and his staff are extremely caring. I had autologous stem cells for my knees a few years ago and found it helpful with pain after exercise. I came back today after a new knee injury and Dr Darrow aspirated a lot of joint fluid and injected stem cell from my bone marrow. I am once again impressed by the level of care I received. Dr. Darrow has been treating my various pain conditions for several years, helping me avoid multiple surgeries. Most recently, I suffered a rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. Best decision I ever made, and wish we would have gone sooner! Both doctors, Dr. Darrow and Dr. Grove are exceptional as far as their knowledge AND skill. I've taken my daughter multiple times over several years and her relief has always been immediate, each time. Prolotherapy gave her a life, after she had been suffering over a year and there's nothing else out there like it. I do give her something to relax before, because it is quite a few injections in her neck (C spine) the problem area. She has hypermobility and no curve in her neck, and is 22 years old. The office staff and assistants are courteous and there's even a little cafe inside the building which is nice. I hope more people can find them because treating the spine to avoid surgery, who doesn't want that ?!!
